Still Together

Two tranquil souls are enveloped in a forever-embrace while they spend eternity watching a sun that will never truly set. This painting holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first piece I completed after we lost our beloved Aussie of 14 years, Kona. As much as we will forever mourn what is lost, we also can be grateful for what remains, our precious memories and unwavering love. This painting is a reminder that even through terrible, painful things: there is still so much beauty in this life.
