Mountain Culture x Track Katoomba Tapas DDH West Coast IPA

Track Brewing are one of Manchester's most celebrated craft breweries, hop-obsessed pioneers who helped put the UK's modern craft beer scene on the map. Teaming up with them off the back of The Gathering Festival was a no-brainer, and this beer speaks for itself! A punchy yet crisp West Coast IPA that's heavy with New Zealand hops. A dip hop of Mosaic alongside Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provide a base of mango, papaya and blueberry that more Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a hint of Riwaka in the dry hop build on to create a resinous blend of berries and tropical fruit.
