Important Shipping Notice – Heat-Sensitive Product During warmer months or temperatures above 80°F, we take extra steps to protect your body butter: Shipped frozen overnight Packed in an insulated mailer with a mini reusable ice pack If your butter arrives melted: The jar may appear half full due to the loss of whipped texture The product is still safe and effective — it can be stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator to cool down and will have a salve-like texture To restore the fluffy, whipped texture: Refrigerate until firm (30 minutes to 2 hours) Let it come to room temperature Re-whip with a hand mixer Spoon back into the jar and enjoy Because this is a handcrafted, preservative-free product, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for melted butter.
