ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Specifically designed to prepare you for the assessment and selection phase of SFOD-A selection, this programme prioritises aerobic fitness, enhances resilience to repetitive strain on the hips, lower back, and knees, and develops strength endurance. WHY WE DESIGNED THIS Growing interest from US candidates preparing for SFAS led us to build a bespoke training cycle based on research and direct feedback from our community.Our needs analysis of selection identified the most common weakness: inadequate preparation for rucking under heavy fatigue, leading to postural breakdown over time and increased injury risk due to increased musculoskeletal demands.This programme is designed to fortify structural resilience and recovery, improve posture under load, and develop a strong aerobic foundation.
