The aromas on the nose are fresh and lively, with notes of acacia, broom and white flowers that take over; then medicinal herbs and more mineral nuances. One of the most important and precious appellations of the whole Marche region, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, finds vivid expression in this product of the Marotti Campi estate: a truly versatile Classico Superiore, which, thanks to its straightforward structure, is perfect as a wine to drink everyday. The grapes ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C, where they then continue to rest on fine lees for about five months. The "Luzano" always plays the leading role, both in informal aperitifs and in light-hearted lunches and dinners. It has a great gastronomic vocation, which allows it to be perfect throughout the meal, from light appetizers to first and second courses. Try it with spaghetti with mussels and clams.
