Une cuillère à soupe de 10 g apporte 2,4 g d’oméga-3. Le lin germé constitue la source végétale la plus riche en acide gras essentiel oméga-3 ALA (acide alpha-linolénique). La biodisponibilité de notre lin germé bio est obtenue grâce à la germination, permettant un développement enzymatique important, notamment la L-delta6 désaturase. Format : 250 g en poudre.
