Our Barbera Blanc is made from estate-grown Barbera red grapes using our special technique that makes it a white wine. Crisp and refreshing, perfect for a warm summer’s day. Notes of pear, green apple, lemon and quince on the palate ending with mouthwatering acidity. Pair with roasted chicken, some Asian dishes or a beautiful plate of cheese and apple slices. 13.3% alcohol. 112 cases produced.
