A natural wine crafted by 2Naturkinder, in the Franken region in Germany. This white wine is dedicated to Michel's father, who was also a winemaker. It's made with Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner grapes, and a splash of Riesling in the following split: Müller-Thurgau (77%), Silvaner (14%), Riesling (9%) 2Naturkinder was founded in 2013, and are seen as one of the first natural winemakers that created a stir in the German natural wine scene, but the winery itself has been going since 1843! With no added sulphur and 7 hectares of land they care for with a lot of attention the wines of 2Naturkinder are vibrant, energetic and interesting.
