A quietly expressive white from Burgenland that balances texture with freshness. Weissburgunder provides structure and orchard fruit, while Scheurebe brings aromatic lift and lively acidity. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently destemmed, and crushed before fermenting with native yeasts in large barrels. The wine then rests for a year in large-format oak before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur. Christian Tschida's patient, low-intervention approach allows the vineyard and vintage to remain at the forefront.
