(Cheverny, Loire, France) A lively pét-nat crafted from a blend of Romorantin and Menu Pineau (Orbois), hand-harvested from organically farmed vines in the Cheverny region. Made by Philippe Tessier, who took over the family estate in 1981, continuing the work of his father, Roger Tessier, who founded Domaine Tessier in 1961. Located in the heart of the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOCs, the estate spans 23 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. Philippe focuses on producing wines that authentically express the terroir, utilizing sustainable practices and minimal intervention to craft wines that are both expressive and true to their origins.
