Ghost Corner Sauvignon Blanc from the small Elim wine region on the southern tip of the Western Cape is named after the rugged and mysterious landscape – which is home to several shipwrecks, and ghosts! Produced by winemaker David Nieuwoudt, this is a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with expressive notes of lemongrass, goosebery and minerality. Skin and lees ageing helps to enhance the natural richness and adds a great, satisfying structure.
