Hawaiian Road-Runner

"Hawaiian Road-Runner" This edge-quenched Belt/Boot knife is forged from 1095 high carbon steel. This blade has etched/hand rubbed bevels to show the Hamon or quench lines in the blade as well as forge marked/acid soaked flats for contrast and a beveled spine and corners for comfort. This blade has a 2 3/4" cutting edge and is 6" overall, weighing in at 2.6 oz. The steel tang is etched as well to bring out all of the steel patterning. The handle scales are stabilized Hawaiian Curly Koa wood done in a "palm swell" style with Red G-10 tang liners and secured with 3 Copper pins. This knife comes with a two-toned "universal" leather sheath with a stainless steel belt/boot clip by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
