Water sports are available at an additional cost and are subject to weather conditions and availability. Proper behavior is mandatory throughout the experience. The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip if safety rules or boat policies are violated. Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. Swimming and diving are prohibited within the Porto Marina area and are only permitted at designated swimming locations during the cruise. Speakerphones and loudspeaker devices are not permitted within Porto Marina. Outside food and beverages may be permitted upon prior agreement. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, its equipment, or onboard facilities. The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Violations of yacht policies, marina regulations, safety instructions, or charter terms may result in a penalty of USD 500.
