Cultivar: Monovarietal 100% Picual Note - large 750 mls tin A long-standing family producer, the Tropicual groves are located where the eastern Andalusian olive oil producing powerhouse of Jaén heads towards Granada. This brilliant all-round star Picual offers a medium fruitiness profile with notes of tomato, apple and strawberry. It has a soft start, with light bitterness and a slow, peppery finish. Everyday is harvested early while the olives are still green and just turning pink. This EVOO offers medium intensity, aromatic complexity and versatility, while still being high in polyphenols (714 mg/kg). EVERYDAY is made to be used generously in all cooking, finishing and dipping. Smooth enough to cook with, bold enough to drizzle, and balanced enough to do both well. Produced exclusively from Tropicual's historic grove in Granada’s UNESCO Global Geopark, this grove is being migrated to organic farming.
