Delmaine Capers
The buds of the caper plant, these culinary must have area staple of Mediterranean cooking. The smaller a caper is the more intense the flavours; Delmaine Capers are surfines, the second smallest available. Capers add a salty savoury taste to any dish, but are best known for adding flavour to Italian and Greek sauces, soups and stews, plus of course being a main ingredient of the classic French Tartare Sauce. Fried capers are a taste treat that are delicious in salads or served with fish.
