East Frisian Blend

East Frisia is a small and sparsely populated region in the northwest of Germany, however it is top-ranking when it comes to drinking tea, particularly the finest teas. This tea comes from Assam, is processed into a noble and sophisticated blend. The mostly strong and marvellously malty qualities are traditionally served with “Kluntje” (rock sugar) and a dash of cream. Ingredients: Black tea Origin: Assam - India Brewing Instructions: - One teaspoon/cup - 98 ̊C water temperature - Steep for approx. 3-5 mins - Can be enjoyed with or without milk - May not be reinfused
