Seat wheel in two sizes by S&C

The seat wheel is used for the decoration of the upper heel edge. In the picture you can see the marks. For refined shoemaking it is a very nice way to give the shoe a perfect finish. The tool comes with a wide and a narrow wheel. The wide wheel has a width of 2,5 mm and the narrow wheel has a width of 1,2 mm.
