Go to WeTransfer.com to UPLOAD the maxillary and mandibular scanned .STL files and scanned Rx form to be emailed to SnoreHook@gmail.com. SnoreHookLAB will 3D print one set of SnoreHookPRO devices, Lab turnaround time is 1-2 days. 5. The SnoreHookPRO splint has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If it breaks, we'll replace it.
