Gluten-Free Apricot Blueberry Crumble (Pre-Order Only)

To make this pie, we take our all-butter pastry crust and fill it with juicy organic apricots from Frog Hollow farms combined with sweet organic blueberries from Triple Delight Blueberries. Then the whole thing is topped off with a gluten free version of our famous oatmeal crumble. The crust is made with organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic cane sugar, organic xanthum gum and organic butter. The crumble top is made with organic cane sugar and brown sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cinnamon, allspice, ginger, organic gluten-free oats and organic coconut butter. -Serves 8-10 -Not available for shipping!
