Somerset County Famous Maple Syrup  Baer Bros Maple Camp is a family owned and operated maple sugar camp located near Somerset, PA. Sherry and Mike Lynch along with their children Cody and Reagan Lynch took over Baer Bros Maple camp from the Baer Family in late 2009. Many friends, neighbors and family gather to assist in making our sweet maple product each year in late winter to early spring. Baer Bros collects sap from over 4500 taps and boils it into our pure maple syrup. We also make many candy, cream, sugar, and other confections from our maple syrup. We have a variety of grades of syrup from medium and dark amber, as well as our popular Grade B maple syrups.
