"Pattern Parade 20" Kimono Sampler Panel

This listing is for a single panel of crepe silk picturing the torso and legs of a kimono-clad figure. These were once used by merchants to show the latest designs for the season. This sampler panel has a soft, vintage charm with delicate repeating florals and layered geometric motifs. The haori jacket top features an allover lattice-inspired floral design in muted sage, pale blue, cream, and burgundy tones, blending tiny blossoms and geometric medallions into a refined repeating pattern reminiscent of antique wallpaper. The kimono lower section contrasts beautifully with a deep plum-brown background filled with scrolling florals, hexagonal forms, and intricate ornamental detailing that gives the piece a rich, almost woven tapestry appearance.
