Drawing from midcentury advertising, Hollywood glamour, vintage iconography, and contemporary pop culture, Davenport deconstructs familiar images and rebuilds them into layered, high-impact compositions filled with color, texture, and visual wit. Before becoming a full-time fine artist, Davenport followed an unconventional path that included science, photography, digital art, and running a creative agency in London. That range of experience informs the confident visual language of his work: bold, polished, nostalgic, and distinctly contemporary.
