A big, rough-and-tumble kind of guy, Patrick is uncut with challenging curves and bulges, a blunt head, hypnotic veins, soft and intense texture, and big ol' balls. Patrick's ogre skin is very rough and calloused, but all that texture reproduces very well in silicone. Because of the intense texture and thickness, we highly recommend this toy in dual-density (soft outer layer with a firm core). We also HIGHLY recommend double-checking the measurements before you order this one, Patrick the Ogre is deceptively thick.
