Known for its high levels of anti-oxidants, matcha is finely ground green tea from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan. Great aroma and unique umami flavor. Store in refrigerator after opening and consume within six to nine months. This tea is meant to be whisked with warm water (usually 2-3 oz of water to 1/2 tsp. of matcha).
