For example, if the extraction is too fast and you reach your preset brew weight before your preset extraction time, the Sync Scale detects a deviation from your brewing recipe and, through a patented algorithm, automatically calculates the grind adjustment to better match your brewing parameters. It then transfers this information to your cloud-connected Mahlkönig Grind-by-Sync grinder, and the grinder's AGSA (Automatic Grind Size Adjustment) system adjusts burr distance through a built-in motor.
