Characteristics: Crisp and dry Chenin Blanc, with pale lemon colour. Abundant aromas of tropical and stone fruit, melon, white peach, pineapple and lemon. The palate is crisp with flavours of pear, yellow apple and grapefruit. Food pairing: Great with light salads, fresh seafood, steamed fish & sushi. About the winery: Hill & Dale is a trademark from the famous Stellenzicht winery in Stellenbosch. The name stands for a series of enticing wines in terms of both quality and price. Winemaker Guy Webber produces the wines for easy drinking while still preserving the authentic grape flavours. All grapes originate from Stellenbosch and the label owes its name to the farm on the Stellenzicht property.
