The nano ABP heated blower purge twin tower desiccant air dryer delivers clean, dependably dry compressed air for large industrial systems, with rated flows from 800 to 6000 SCFM and a standard pressure dew point of -40°F (ISO 8573.1 water class 2). By combining a low-watt-density heater and a regenerative blower that draws in free atmospheric air, the ABP regenerates its desiccant beds while consuming very little of your own compressed air, keeping purge losses to an average of just 0 to 2% over a four-hour drying cycle. How heated blower purge drying works Wet compressed air enters the online tower, where a bed of activated alumina desiccant adsorbs water vapor and delivers dry air downstream. While one tower dries, the opposite tower is regenerated. A regenerative blower pulls in ambient air and passes it across the low-watt-density heater. The heated air is driven through the offline desiccant bed, releasing the captured moisture and venting it to atmosphere. A short dry-air cooling step conditions the regenerated bed, and the towers switch so drying continues without interruption.
