This bright, aromatic syrup is made with yuzu from our own orchard, bringing that distinctive citrus zing that sits somewhere between grapefruit, mandarin, and lemon. Paired with mānuka leaf – long prized in Rongoā Māori for its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties – it's a combination that's vibrant, floral and delicious.
