Ethiopia, Sidama Natural
This coffee is tastes of a classic natural Ethiopian. Big sweet berry notes, and a beautiful rich chocolatey note. Sourced from the heart of Ethiopia's Sidama region, ripe cherries are hand picked from native coffee trees by smallholder farmers from surrounding communities, and dried on raised beds and graded for export.
