Creme brulee leads on the nose, full of baking spice, cinnamon, black pepper, sweet vanilla bean and warm waffle cone. Palate is rich and oaky, clean and classic, full of maple and black pepper, a hint of brown butter and apple crumble with a long, cinnamon driven finish. Bold and classic at the same time.
