Weiss CSR Extra Cement & Mortar Residue Remover – 5L Weiss CSR Extra is a powerful acid-based cleaner designed to remove stubborn cement, mortar and grout residue from suitable paving, masonry and brickwork. Developed for more difficult cement-based contamination, CSR Extra is particularly effective on polymer-modified cement products, calcium aluminate and hybrid mortars. It is especially useful for removing stubborn residue associated with Steintec tuffjoint, as well as other difficult cementitious paving and jointing products. Suitable for acid-resistant stone, porcelain, clay paving, masonry and brickwork. Always test a small inconspicuous area before use. Quick Application Guide Ensure the surface temperature is at least 5°C. Apply CSR Extra neat or dilute with cold water as required. Agitate the affected area thoroughly using a suitable brush. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water. Repeat the process if required. For final cleaning, use a suitable pH-neutral cleaner such as Weiss Pave Clean Pro to remove remaining acidic residue and cement dust. Important Weiss CSR Extra contains phosphoric acid and should only be used on suitable acid-resistant surfaces. Use with caution on precast concrete, marble, limestone and sandstone, as the paving surface or jointing mortar colour may be affected. Always test an inconspicuous area first and dilute where necessary. Maximum dilution is 1:20 with cold water. Suitable protective clothing and PPE must be worn during use.
