Guava Java - Single Origin

Guava Java is the caffeinated side of our new Pink Bourbon pair. Featuring Wilton Benitez's signature thermal shock processing, this washed coffee tastes like a tropical smoothy. Loud, but clear notes of guava acidity are complemented by a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, as well as subtle floral notes of orange blossom. This is a very sweet coffee that is perfect for people who like tropical fruit notes in their coffee. We recommend the coffee most on filter, but would also work well as a light and bright espresso.
