60W Blue Diode Laser Module with Air Assist

This high-powered blue diode laser module features selectable 20W, 40W and 60W optical output modes, allowing the laser power to be adjusted for different engraving and cutting applications. It can be installed on compatible CNC routers, laser engravers and other suitable motion systems equipped with PWM control. The module operates at a wavelength of 450nm ±10nm and uses dual high-speed cooling fans running at up to 6000rpm. The built-in air-assist nozzle can be connected to an air pump or compressor to remove smoke and debris from the cutting path, reduce scorching and improve cutting performance. Lower output modes are suitable for detailed engraving and lighter materials, while the higher output settings provide increased power for cutting thicker or denser materials. Cutting performance will depend on the selected output mode, material type, material colour, focus, travel speed, air pressure and number of passes.
