Our Classic Sourdough recipe, made with three flours and Baker Tom’s own sourdough starter. In a bloomer Ingredients Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Water*, Organic Rye Flour, Organic Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Sea Salt*, Organic Semolina Allergens in Bold Freezing Perfect for home freezing and will keep for 12 months Thaw for 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature. Can be reheated for the freshly baked taste. Shelf Life Our bread arrives with a *best before date* on day of delivery or the next day—but it’s not out of date! Made with natural ingredients and no preservatives, it’s freshest within 48 hours but keeps longer when frozen, refreshed in the oven, or toasted. Find out more
