Our Blue Quarry range pays homage to the bluestone quarry in which our winery finds its home. Crafted from exceptional single vineyard sites, these wines showcase nuance, craftsmanship and a profound connection to the land, inviting a journey through the distinct character of each vineyard. Sourced from our highest, most windswept vineyard. The vines here work hard but find daily relief from the warmer side of the growing season. The result is a wine that demonstrates purity of fruit, a crisp line of dark berries and long structure showing great balance and finesse.
