Georg Breuer Spatburgunder (2023)

Georg Breuer may be best known for Riesling, but this Rheingau Spätburgunder, the German name for Pinot Noir, is well worth a look. Bright cherry and red berries meet subtle spice and savory notes in a fresh, light-footed red with plenty of character. Serve it slightly cool with roast chicken, pork, mushrooms or charcuterie, or try it if Burgundy and Oregon Pinot Noir are already regulars at the table.
