2024 Spätburgunder Rosé semidry
A rosé is a light-colored wine made from red grapes. This is achieved by gently pressing the grapes immediately after harvesting, so that only a few pigments from the skin of the berries get into the juice. The Pinot Noir Rosé is tasty and pleasantly mild. Delicate strawberry and raspberry notes meet the typical creaminess of a Pinot. A great "terrace wine" that also goes well with fruity salads and crustaceans.
