Full Description The Kaiser EH 9361 AD is an extra-wide 90cm multifunctional steam oven designed for cooks who want generous capacity, advanced technology and the distinctive elegance of the Art Deco collection. Its Graphite Grey Matt Moiré finish is complemented by Antique Gold metal fittings and a solid metal door handle with leather detailing, bringing traditional craftsmanship to an exceptionally modern appliance. With a substantial 133-litre usable capacity, the oven provides ample room for large family meals, entertaining and preparing several dishes together. Its 37 operating functions and 11 heating types cover everything from conventional baking and grilling to AirFrying, proving dough, dehydrating food and specialist steam cooking. Seven steam programmes provide precise control over heat and humidity. Pure steam cooking gently prepares food at temperatures up to 100°C, making it ideal for vegetables, fish, seafood, grains and poultry while helping preserve flavour, texture and nutrients. Steam-assisted low-temperature cooking is suited to sous-vide dishes, while combinations of hot air, conventional heat, grilling and steam help prevent food from drying out and create crisp, evenly browned finishes. The dedicated AirFry function circulates heated air around food placed inside the supplied mesh basket. This allows chips, chicken wings, vegetables and other favourites to develop a crisp exterior with little or no added oil. The Electronic Intelligent System is operated through a clear multilingual TFT colour touchscreen. It can recommend suitable temperatures, preheating times and supporting functions based on the selected programme. More than 50 pre-programmed recipes simplify the preparation of a wide variety of dishes, while frequently used settings can be saved using the memory function. For more accurate roasting, the supplied temperature probe monitors the core temperature of meat, fish and poultry. Once the selected internal temperature has been reached, the oven automatically stops cooking and provides an audible notification. Additional programmes include fermentation, yoghurt making, drying, plate warming, keeping food warm and steam disinfection. The controlled 40°C mode creates suitable conditions for proving dough and preparing fermented foods, while the disinfection programme uses high-temperature steam to hygienically clean suitable bottles, utensils and preserving jars. Cleaning is made easier by the hydrolytic steam-cleaning and descaling programmes. The royal blue Easy Clean enamel interior has a smooth, hygienic and durable surface, while removable stainless-steel side racks provide convenient access to trays and shelves.
