The hardware covers daily teaching: a four-position footbar with safety latch and wraparound cover, a one-hand four-position gear system, a three-position headrest, retractable risers, and the five-spring system with 1 red (heavy), 2 yellow (medium), and 2 blue (light) springs. The Jump Board adds cardio and rebounding sequences; the Padded Platform Extender enlarges the standing surface for weight-bearing work.
