White tuna in wine vinegar escabeche

Pole-and-line caught tinned tuna from Olasagasti. A delicately textured, meaty white tuna in wine-vinegar escabeche. Olasagasti is unique in that it works with all its tuna fresh, and so it’s more flavoursome. The Bonito del Norte or Albacore is MSC-certified and fished in the Bay of Biscay in the summer months when it is at its peak.
