The grapes are pressed whole without destemming, ferments a second time in the bottle using fresh must. It gets zero added sugars, yeasts or sulfites, unfiltered. Fragrant wine that smells like raspberry, strawberry and a bit of jasmine. On the palate it's almost creamy and full with a sharp, crisp finish and funky acidity.
