History: Nobuhito Nishigawara originally hails from Nagoya, Japan and is now based in Orange County, California. Fusing the traditional art of Japanese ceramic product with his work as a contemporary artist as well as his formal education in North America, Nishigawara has crafted a widely popular line of functional and casual ceramic-ware with a clean and minimalist aesthetic. The name 'WRF' stands for West, River, Field — which is also a direct translation of Nishigawara's name from Japanese to English.
