Class Details 40 Hour approved Michigan Department of Licensing course Classes Start November 12th, 2026 First Week: Thu 12th & Fri 13th Second Week: Mon 16th, Tue 17th, & Wed 18th Class Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: 6312 Stadium Dr. Kalamazoo, MI 49009 License Requirements Must be at least 18 years old You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) Successfully complete 40 hours of an approved pre-license course Successfully pass the Michigan Real Estate Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
