We started with the centrepiece: the Crusader cross. We used a raw-edge patchwork design for both the front chest emblem and the large statement cross across the back. This was intentional — we wanted a rugged, worn look that speaks to the resilience and grit of those who walk in faith, through battle and beyond. Each tee is individually hand-stitched, with the armour paneling alone taking significantly longer to construct than a standard cut-off.
