The Lithium-Ion Battery Safety Awareness for Superyachts – Command & Control Module is an advanced course designed for Captains, Senior Officers, Engineers and shoreside managers responsible for leading the response to lithium-ion battery incidents onboard. Building on the knowledge gained in the Lithium-Ion Battery Safety Awareness course, this module focuses on command, leadership and decision-making during a lithium-ion battery emergency. Through realistic superyacht scenarios, learners develop the skills to assess evolving situations, coordinate emergency teams, manage resources and communicate effectively under pressure. The course is delivered in partnership with VIRSEC.
