Built on the same platform as the iconic Starplayer TV, it pairs a laminated spruce arched top with laminated flamed maple back and bent sides — a combination that produces the open, resonant character of a semi-hollow with a sustain block construction that keeps feedback firmly in check, even at high gain levels.Two Duesenberg BassBucker pickups deliver clear, rich overtones and crisp, articulate response across the full frequency range. Separate volume controls for each pickup plus a master tone dial give you precise blending capability — from warm, woody neck tones to punchy bridge bite, and everything in between. An on/off slide switch adds further versatility for quick tonal shifts on the fly.The one-piece maple set neck features a comfortable Medium D profile and a short 30.2" scale length (768mm) that makes this bass exceptionally comfortable to play — ideal for players transitioning from guitar or anyone who prefers a more relaxed left-hand feel without sacrificing tone.
