Grown at 1,500 masl on the slopes of the Montecillos mountain range, the farm benefits from the mineral-rich soil and consistent cloud cover that help protect the delicate cherries during maturation. Finca El Puente is located in the La Paz department of Honduras, a region known for producing some of the country’s finest specialty coffees. The careful washed process, combined with controlled fermentation and clean water, creates exceptional clarity in the cup, allowing the natural sweetness and character of the Catuai variety to shine through. Brewing Recommendation: Best enjoyed as an espresso or V60 pour-over. Pair with almond pastries or a slice of caramel cake for a comforting afternoon break.
