The Rosso Isi brings together 60% Nero d'Avola with 40% Nerello Mascalese — Sicily's coastal red with Etna's mountain grape. Four days of skin maceration, six months in stainless steel, bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphites. Alive, a little electric, and very easy to reach for. Serve lightly chilled and don't overthink it.
