They grow quickly, so it’s important to plan for their adult size before bringing one home. They can be kept with other large fish that are too big to swallow, but smaller tank mates may eventually become food. Avoid overcrowding and make sure all tank mates can handle their size and activity level. Feed a quality carnivore or predator pellet along with foods like shrimp, krill, earthworms, silversides, and other meaty foods. A varied diet is best. Feeder fish are generally not recommended because they can introduce parasites and disease. Shipping Info: We ship fish on Monday and Tuesday so they arrive quickly and safely.
