This is an original obi belt created through a collaboration between the popular Japanese brand gamaguchi-en and Hallelujah Kimono. It was designed based on feedback from many customers we have met over the years. The result is an easy-to-wear sash belt that pairs beautifully not only with kimono, but also with modern outfits such as dresses, coats, and other everyday clothing. There is a slit at the back, which creates a clean and elegant silhouette from behind. Each piece is carefully made by remaking selected fukuro obi (formal kimono belts). Because of this, it pairs well with formal kimono and can also be worn reversibly. Of course, it also works perfectly with casual kimono styles. This item is unisex. All pieces are made in Japan and imported from Japan. It also makes a wonderful gift.
